Entries for 2008

11 March 2008 - If you plan to enter but haven't done so (by paying the deposit) then now is the time!

Hi guys,

Hopefully Spring is in your blood and you're all in training and turning your thoughts to the first week of July and entry into the Heb 2008.

Many thanks to those of you who have taken the time to send deposits/sum in full, and forms. As previously advised, I only really need the main one at the moment - though it is fine to send the others if you want to. Individual forms need to be in before about end May please.

Some really interesting teams on the list, but please do note the following:

A large number of teams and pairs have indicated an intention to enter, but have not paid the deposit and/or sent a form. Please, please could I ask that you do so a.s.a.p because it makes it very difficult to organise and budget for an event when you have no idea what the up-take is likely to be!

If you are having difficulty coming up with the sum in full - please negotiate a time extension!

Also note - and do please pass the word around - there is also now a section for non-elite pairs doing a land-only course. We've only just announced it in the last mailshot but need to see the entries for that as soon as possible, to work out ferry spaces.

Your help in these matters would be grovellingly gratefully received, as ever!

P.S. We are still looking for marshals -if you can bring anyone with you, that would be appreciated. We are still looking for sponsors to provide cash and prizes.
